PROCESSING TIME

We know your time is precious. Here at Sovea, we do our best to get your jewelry out to ship as soon as possible. Here is a breakdown of what you need to know:

Ready-to-ship:

This category is for in-stock items. Please allow up to 48 hours after purchase for your order to be processed and handed to our shipping partner.

Made to Order:

This category is for items that need to be manufactured especially for you by our artisan jewelers. The lead time for these styles is 5-6 weeks. Our team will reach out with an estimated due date for your piece(s).
DOMESTIC

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. You will receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched from our shipping carrier.

We offer free shipping via SF Express on all domestic orders. Orders are also available for pick up at our office in HungHom.
INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are shipped via DHL / UPS.  

Shipping Fees:

Please note that shipping fees indicated at checkout do not include duties, and taxes. The amount of duties, and taxes may vary depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed by the customs office in the respective country.

Delivery Timeframe:

Please be aware that there may be occasional delays during peak seasons, including holidays. 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. When your order is ready to ship, it will be received by our shipping carrier. You will receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched from our shipping carrier.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Sovea Jewelry is not responsible for customs duties and taxes. Customers are liable for all associated fees, including tariffs and import duties.
DAMAGES

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. In the event of damage, please contact the carrier to file a claim and retain all packaging and goods.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
